Cancellation Policy for Preorders

Some items in our store are offered as preorders. This policy explains how you can cancel this type of purchase.

When you purchase a preorder, you're purchasing a product that is not yet in stock. The full amount is charged at the time of payment. The product will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

You can cancel your preorder before it has shipped. Contact us and we'll help you with a refund. If the order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a refund in accordance with our return policy.
